Jett is a really nice “polled“ buck from milk! His dam, Dory, earned her milk star as a first freshener when Jett was born. His sire, Pete, gave us 100% polled babies in 2019. We are hoping Jett has inherited his mother’s milk genetics and his daddy‘s polled gene for giving 100% polled babies.
Spot … See Spots Spot … looks just like his daddy! When Spot was born, one of our grandson’s named him and it stuck! His mother, Jolene, earned her milk star the year he was born. Spot is a very special boy with milk genetics and his daddy’s good looks! Milk is our goal and spots are a bonus.

Jack is a well bred buck. He comes from lots of sweet, creamy milk. His granddam have almost 2 gallons in one day! His dam’s side has many milk stars. Jack has width which we are hoping to see in his kids! He also has a wonderful personality.
2023 kidding season has officially come to an end at Hurlburt Farms. Ruth and Jack blessed us with chocolates and spots. It was an eventful kidding season starting with a full moon baby. Then we had snow storm babies, Pi Day babies, St. Patrick’s Day babies,1st day of spring babies and yesterday morning chore time babies. Our next event will be milk testing.
